A little bat landed on the underside of the roof of our neighbor's patio
and slept there for a few days.
We all had fun watching it.
Nobody got their blood sucked out,
contrary to rumors sent around by big brothers
to frighten younger siblings.
Have you ever seen them at night?
Try standing near an outside light.
Then find some very, very minute pebbles.
Toss them as high as you can and see what happens.
