Leah's 8th B-Day Party

Leah had a birthday party.  She loved planning it.  She planned all the games herself.  She planned the food.  She planned the guest list.  She is a real planner!  She has a lot of plans for her life.  For example, she wants to be a ballerina, archaeologist, farmer, and mother.  Here she is having fun with her friends at her party.

Rebecca, Emma, Avery, and Mia came to play with Leah.

Ryan came too.  Other boys had been invited,
but Ryan was the only one to show up.
 Poor Ryan!
He didn't want to be in the "girl" picture,
so we had to take one of him by himself!

Some of the games Leah planned included:
Marshmallow marksmanship, water balloon toss,
water balloon fight, and  throwing wet sponges at a target.

Leah was the target.
This was the alternate form of
birthday spankings!

After that we planted flowers in Leah's garden.
She wanted a flower from each of
her friends in her own little garden.

Becca chose purple.

Mia picked red.

Here they are beautifying the soil.

Ryan didn't want to plant flowers.
That was too girly.
He got to play ball with Mckay and Ryanne.

Then we took turns on the swings.

Time for brownies and ice cream!

Avery is cute with her balloon.

PRESENTS!

Big present!
A new dress from Ryan!

Yeah! I love my presents!

But mostly I love my friends!
